Is it a 24-hr live answering service?
Yes. Our call center operates 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Weekends and holidays are included at no additional cost.
Can I advertise the phone number assigned to me?
Yes. You can advertise your chosen local or toll-free number. Call to this number will be directed to us.
Can I get a toll-free number?
Yes. Toll-free numbers, however are available only in the 48 contiguous US States and Canada.
What is a virtual number?
Virtual numbers are add-on numbers to your account. Calls to Virtual Numbers will be forwarded to your assigned primary phone number. You can use virtual numbers for advertising purposes to show a local presence in multiple cities. Your customers usually respond better to ads with local numbers because they prefer to do business with a local company. Monthly fee for each virtual number is $ 9.99/month.
Can I get a vanity number?
Yes. Vanity numbers, however are subject to availability. We offer both local and/or toll-free. Monthly fee is $ 9.99/mo.
Can I forward calls to my existing phone numbers to you?
Yes. You can forward all your calls, office or cellphone, to us at no charge. This ensures you never miss a call when you are not available.
How does you operators handle my calls?
When calls to your assigned phone number is made, your script and operator instructions are displayed on our easy to read operators' screen panel. This panel allows them to follow a simple step-by-step flow for each of your calls so we sound as a professional extension of your company.
Is there an extra charge for “patching/transferring” calls?
None. Patching or transferring your calls is included in the monthly service fee.

We only started in 2016 but the people behind this service has been in the call center / live answering service industry for more than 10 years.
How am I billed?
After signing up, you will receive an an electronic invoice for the first month of service. We need to receive your payment before we activate your account. For the succeeding months, an electronic invoice will be sent to you payable every 1st day of each month. If you signed up for automatic deduction, we will charge your card on file every 1st day of each month. Payment receipt will be sent to you after we receive your payment.
Once I signed up, how long does it take before I can use your service?
Once signed up and payment for the first month of service was received, give us 24 hours to activate your account. We don’t take shortcuts. For quality purposes, we need to perform a series of test calls before we fully activate and make your account go live.
Will my phone always be answered by a live operator?
All calls are answered by a live agent.
Do you bill by the minute or per call?
We bill by the minute rather than by the call
How much am I charged if I go over my minutes?
$ 0.50/min (for Plan A and Plan B)
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, and there are no penalty fees associated with changing your plan.
Do you record calls?
Call recording option is available. Monthly fee is $ 9.99. Recordings are available to be played or downloaded within 15 minutes after the call is completed. Recordings are deleted from our system after 30 days.
How can I get my messages?
You can have your messages sent to you by phone, email, text and fax. Message delivery by fax will incur $ 0.15 per fax sent.
Can I have a report that shows all of my calls/messages?
Yes, we can email you upon request a daily or weekly summary of your calls and messages. You can also access this summary of messages online. You will also be able to access and export a call history report which details the date, time, duration and caller ID of each incoming call.
What are the terms for your 7-day free trial offer?
Your free trial will remain active for 7 days starting from when you activate your account. It includes up to 125 minutes of live operator call handling time. The free trial will expire after 7 days or after your account has reached 125 minutes of call handling time. During the trial period you will have access to our standard "Message Only" service where our professional agents will answer your calls and deliver your messages to your preferred method of contact. You can upgrade your account at anytime to a premium service and unlock the full features of Awesome Hello Live Answering Service including order taking, call patching/ transferring ,and other service.
When can I cancel my service?
